Cal Home, an award-winning real estate brokerage, sought a strategic brand refresh that honored its established reputation while elevating its visual identity. Led by broker and owner Suzanne Rocha, whose consistent Bay Area television appearances have made her a trusted and recognizable voice in real estate, the refresh was carefully crafted to maintain her well-known image and credibility.

The initiative included a modernized logo, the creation of a distinct luxury property brand, and new visual identities for Cal Home’s homeowner programs. In addition, the brokerage’s full suite of marketing materials was redesigned to ensure consistency and impact across all platforms. The refreshed brand was further brought to life through banner displays and a range of collateral materials, creating a cohesive, elevated presence both on-screen and in-person.
